Each session includes gentle yoga movements, simple breathing techniques, and guided relaxation. No complicated poses are involved, and there is no need to get down on the floor, making this class comfortable and approachable for everyone.
About the Instructor. The class is led by Anju, a certified yoga therapist and instructor with over 14 years of teaching experience and a background in health promotion.
